Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will meet your driver guide from Nsavi Safaris who will be waiting for you. The guide will then drive you to the hotel for an overnight. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for an activity in Entebbe. Meals Included; Breakfast
Start the drive to the legendary Murchison Falls National Park. This Park is one of Uganda’s largest conservation areas and boast of 76 mammal species and 451 bird species that thrive in the open savannah and tropical forests. You will have an en-route visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, home to the southern white rhinos while here you will have a walking safari to the rhinos. After lunch, continue to the park and proceed to your Lodge. Enjoy an evening game drive in the park. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
After an early breakfast, proceed to have a game drive. Drive in the open African savanna in search for Lions, Leopard, Hyena, Buffalo, Elephant, Jackson Hartebeest. Oribi, Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, and enjoy spotting various Bird species. This is a beautiful drive across savannah, Borassus Palm Forest and grassland down to Lake Albert. In the afternoon, go for a boat ride to the bottom of the falls. Enjoy these spectacular falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meter gap. Thereafter drive back to the lodge. Today, you will drive to visit the top of the falls. Thereafter, drive to Kibale National Park, have a stopover in Fort Portal, the capital town of Tooro kingdom that lies on the shadow of the Rwenzori Mountains, the biggest mountain range in Africa passing by tea plantations along the way. In the afternoon you will arrive at your accommodation. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
You will go for Chimpanzee tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience with these habituated chimpanzees. These engaging apes are closest to human beings and are great to watch being playful both on the ground and in the trees. In the afternoon, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is one of Uganda's most popular parks, offering scenic game drives. It has a wide variety of wild animals and over 600 bird species, incorporating a wide variety of habitats that range from savannah to wetlands and lowland forests. Proceed to the lodge. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Have an early morning game drive. There are over 100 mammal species that including lion, hippo, buffalo, leopard, spotted hyena, elephant, and the elusive giant forest hog in this park. You will also visit the salt lakes in Katwe before returning to the lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will have a chance to see different animals coming to the water, as well as a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Today, you will have an en-route visit to the southern part of Queen Elizabeth -Ishasha. This sector is notably known for its resident tree-climbing lions that are an exceptional attraction in the park. You will have a brief game drive in search of tree-climbing Lions. Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park is home to the largest population of mountain gorillas and hosts a variety of spectacular birds including 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species including the Blue-throated Broadbill, bar-tailed Trogon, and other beautiful forest species. You shall go to bed earlier this evening so that you are well rested for a thrilling experience of gorilla tracking the next day. Proceed to the lodge for check-in. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters where you will have an orientation and meet your guides for the day. Trekking the Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 7 hours, but is well worth the effort. You will be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the Gorillas. The trekking is a thrill and yet challenging as you hike through the forest to the Gorillas and once you reach a gorilla family, you will have a chance to observe the family at close proximity for an hour. Thereafter, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi; this lake has 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it almost magical. Proceed to the lodge and once settled in; you will have a canoe boat ride on this beautiful lake and relax at the lodge. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Today, you will proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest of Ugandan National Parks. As you enter, the park, you will enjoy a game drive in search of animals like impalas, zebras, elands, and many other antelopes. Proceed to the lodge for an overnight. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Early in the morning have a guided nature walk, this walk you will see giraffes, zebras and waterbucks and many more. Later, drive back to Entebbe International airport and connect with your onward evening flight back home. Meals included: Breakfast.
